Referral program

PCO Innovation devotes a lot of attention to our internal referral program. It has proven to be an excellent means of bringing new talent into our organization. By adapting our program year after year, we have been able to attract new talent while recognizing the efforts of all our internal collaborators!

Our collaborators are our best recruiters, and we continue to encourage them to share their network of contacts with us. In return we offer competitive bonuses. We also organize contests where employees can win several valuable prizes, including Apple iPads and iPods and flat-screen TVs and many others.

PCO Innovation has developed a user friendly process to submit and track referrals. Our needs of competencies varies from week to week but one thing that always remains the same is our cultural fit and baseline profile of what makes a great PCO innovation consultant. Through various means of communication, we define and outline our internal needs to provide the first opportunities to our internal collaborators.
