The essential steps to recruitment :
1. Complete your profile on line
You can use your password to access your PCO Innovation profile and update your personal data or add documents. Make sure to complete your profile so we can better evaluate your skills.
2. HR interview by phone or in person
This will help us identify your experience and skills, as well as your expectations for the future. The interview is your chance to introduce yourself and show us that your interest in PCO Innovation and its various business interests is sincere. This will serve as a first step in helping us plan the next steps in the hiring process.

3. Technical qualifications
Whether you’re a recent graduate or an experienced consultant, technical evaluation will help us evaluate your skill level and identify projects that are best suited for your level of experience and fields of interest. It will also help us build training programs that are matched to your skills so we can determine your strengths and build on them.
Technical evaluation is done over the phone or using in-house testing. In either case, our team would be happy to explain the process to you and tell you how long it will take to complete your technical evaluation in comfort. Technical evaluation plays an important role in our process but your personality, your potential, and your ability to communicate are equally important
