Advice to candidates

Whether you’re an intern or an expert, here’s some advice on preparing for your interview and leaving a good impression on your recruiter.

  • Your CV is a reflection of you.
    Make sure you describe your professional experience clearly and concisely. Choose a simple layout that highlights the skills you have acquired during your career.
  • Make sure to personalize your presentation letter
    based on the position and the company you’re applying to. Make sure there are no spelling errors.
  • When you apply, take the time to highlight those qualities and skills that are directly related to the position you’re applying for
  • Prepare for each interview in advance
    so you can put your best foot forward. Be proactive; emphasize your personality, your energy, your communication skills, and your professionalism. Self-awareness is an important advantage during an interview.  
  • Find out as much as you can before the interview
    corporate culture, values, company growth. Don’t be reluctant to ask for information from others in your network.
  • A few relevant questions about the job or the company are always welcome
    during the various steps of the interview process. Prepare a handful of questions to demonstrate your interest in the company.
  • One final recommendation - Be yourself ! Your personality is your best asset.
